Samuel Field, deceased: 1-2. Mortgage from Samuel George Field of Stratford, law stationer, to John Slatter of Stratford, gent, of his reversionary interest under the will of SF to secure the sum of £185 and interest, 28th July 1906, with transfer (recorded at end of document) of mortgage on which £168 is still owing, to Hannah E., Mary, and Sarah Field of Stratford, spinsters, 7th April 1930, with notice of the mortgage, sent by JS to the executors of the will, 1906. 3-6 Mortgage from Joseph Parnell Field of Stratford, teacher, to John Slatter, of Stratford, gent., of his reversionary interest under the will of Samuel Field, deceased, to secure the sum of £25 and interest, 23rd November 1907, attached to which are three copies of a notice sent to the executors concerning two further charges on this security in 1909 and 1910, dated 5th January 1911, with a second copy of one of these, a letter to Hannah E. Field concerning this from Slatter's, 6th January 1911, and the deed of further charge of 21st December 1910, found loose. The original deed contains the further charge of 9th January 1909. 7. Documents pinned together and sent to Mrs Maria Field in New Broad St: copy notice of 5th January 1911, as described above, with accompanying letter; memo headed "These Presents show the Amounts Paid by Mary Field for the share of Joseph Parnell Field in the estate of the late Samuel Field", listing payments from before 1930 and then from various dates in 1930 and 1931, signed Parnell Field; letter from Slatter's informing Maria Field that by an indenture of 8th May 1912, JPF assigned all his share under the will of SF to Mary Field absolutely, 8th May 1912. 9-11. Assignment from JPF to Mary Field of Handsworth, spinster, of a share under the will of SF, deceased, 8th May 1912, with accompanying letter, enclosing the other deeds herein listed, and letter to HEF informing her of this assignment, 8th May 1912.
