Winton House, Church St: draft notice to Messrs. Hutchings Deer that the executors will quit Winton House within one half year of the time of their being served with the notice, 28th September 1917. Bill for rent of Winton House, sent to the executors, November 1917. Letter from Latham, New Smyth, solicitors, of Melton Mowbray to R. Lunn, solicitor, stating that due to his delay in responding to their letter of 27th, it is no longer possible to treat the conservatory (erected by the Hartleys), separately in the sale of the house, 17th December 1917. (Found loose)
