Burrows of Stratford, baker, 14th April 1919; agreement between BCB and Alexander Kennedy of Bancroft House, Sheep St, baker, for the sale of the business of a baker, grocer, and provision dealer as now carried on at no. 33, 26th March 1934; lease and counterpart for three years from HH of Shottery, spinster, to AK, of no.33, 3rd April 1934, the lease also bearing an assignment from AK to F. A. Burchell and Company Ltd of Stratford, 25th August 1936; lease and counterpart for five years from Edward Gibbs Holtom of Worthing, Sussex, architect, Edward P. Gibbs Holtom of Abinger Hill, Holmbury St. Mary, Kent, Robert B. Holtom of Worthing, bank clerk, and Gerald Herbert Holtom of Hampstead, Middx, schoolmaster, to F. A. Burchell and Company Ltd of the premises, 24th May 1940; lease for fourteen years from Mabel Baker of Merrilees, Alderminster, wife of William Baker, to F. A. Burchell Company Ltd. of the buildings and premises forming the major part of the property known as number 32 and 33 Wood St, delineated on the plan drawn hereon, 18th April 1957.
