Sale and purchase agreement with deeds and documents: land and buildings in Rylands Close, Sanctus St and West St
Description
Agreement for the sale and purchase from Thomas Taylor Allen, architect, and Thomas Edwards, accountant, both of Stratford, to Samuel Robbins of Stratford, gent, in consideration of £2080, of land containing 2656 square yards and also part of Rylands Close or the Cherry Orchard containing 1523 square yards, bounded on the north by Sanctus St, and the four messuages, with the outbuildings, carpenter's shop and premises thereto belonging erected by William Holtom on part of the land of 1523 square yards, being nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Sanctus St, and of a piece of land bounded on the south or south west by Sanctus St, and the west or north west by West St, and the four messuages and premises on part thereon built by William Holtom, being nos. 36, 37, 38 and 39 West St, 10th October 1883. Schedule of deeds and documents handed over by Holtom's Trustees to Robbins relating to these premises, received 1st November 1883.
