Description

Assignment of the expectant life interest of Tom Oliver Alford Hunt of Barons Cross Lodge, Leominster, gent., in hereditaments and other property subject to or to become subject to the uses or trusts of the will of the late J. G. Alford to the Trustees of the said will, upon trust for securing to the trust estate certain advances and payments to be made thereout: Alford's property referred to is messuages and about 30 acres of land in Hope-under-Dinmore (ex Carpenter); a double messuage and seven acres of land at Auden and three acres of land at Allemore [sic] formerly of William Whittle (ex Griffiths); a cottage and land at Hyde Marsh Lane, also an orchard and barn in the same place (ex Carpenter); a cottage and garden called Coblers Hall in Birley, which is to the use of Tom O. A. Hunt and his issue. Alford died in January 1879 and since then the farm called the Thorne has been purchased and JGA's real and personal estate are being administered in Chancery, 31st January 1887
