Description

Settlement of several sums of money amounting to £698, upon certain trusts: Ann Griffiths of The Thorn, Birley, spinster, has lived with her nephew, John Griffiths Alford of The Thorn, gent, and been supported by him. In order to reward him and help her sisters, Elizabeth Tunstall of Clehonger, Herefs, widow, and Jane Alford, wife of Benjamin Alford of Pembridge, Herefs, farmer, and their children, she has agreed to assign and vest in JGA several sums of money and effects, which are listed. There is reference to a conveyance to AG of a leasehold house on the south side of Corn St, Leominster, and two pieces of land enclosed from Gatehouse Field, Leominster, to secure £500 and interest, 13th November 1832.
