Lease and associated documents: premises nr the canal on the Warwick Road

Description

Lease for five years from Thomas Hutchings the elder of Stratford, iron merchant, to Thomas Hutchings the younger and Ernest Parke of the same place, iron merchants, trading as Thomas Hutchings and Company, of the coal wharf, two iron warehouses, two smiths' shops, and the loft over the same, a two stalled stable and coach-house, and the rooms over the shops and warehouse all near the canal on the Warwick Road, Stratford, 28th June 1880. Assignment of his share in the lease by Ernest Parke, now of Upper Chadwell St, Middlesex, out of business, to Thomas Hutchings the elder, gent, 1st February 1882.
