Rent book and correspondence: Phyllis Jefferies relating to cottage at Lacock

Envelope entitled "Miss P. G. Jefferies rent book etc. re cottage at Lacock belonging to Mrs. Worsley": rent book for the cottage at Lacock, belonging to Mrs Worsley, 1957-1965 and receipt for 20 weeks' rent from April-September 1965, paid August 1966. Two letters from Claire Worsley in Upper Berkeley St., London W. 1, to Miss Phyllis Hadrell at Cantax House, 26th Sept. 1966 and 14th October 1966, in different hands, the first suggesting a meeting and referring to Phyllis's wish to pay her year's rent, the second, saying that she cannot allow Phyllis the tenancy of the cottage, though she may keep her furniture there for the time being. Draft letter from ?Phyllis, to Mrs Worsley, saying that she is sending the rent by money order to CW's London address, undated.
