Probate copy of the will, dated 24 April 1771, of Prudence Vyner of Ethorp, widow, bequeathing to her daughters, Ann, Martha and Elizabeth Vyner (her husband having left his entire estate to his son) all her personal estate equally divided between them, the share of any one of them who died before the age of 21 to be divided equally between the survivors; Mr. William Westley and Mr. Robert Mess appointed executors. Proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, 22 September 1743. Ann Vyner appointed administratrix, the said William Westley and Robert Messe having died in the lifetime of the testatrix.
