Gift from Thomas son and heir of the late James de Clinton to John de Bannebury of Warrewyk' and Joan his wife of three pieces of arable land in Baddesleye called Saundrefeldes extending in length from Assecroft as far as le Cresput and in breadth from the field called le Chirchefeld' as far as the highway leading from Knolle towards Warrewyk'. To hold the same with all appurtenances from the chief lords of the fee for ever for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
