Quitclaim from William son and heir of the late Gilbert Thursteyn of Baddisleye Clyntone to James de Clynton' of Baddisle of lands, tenements, rents, meadows, woods, hedges, ditches and appurtenances inherited by the said William in Baddisleye Clynton' upon the death of Gilbert his father. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Sealing clause.
