Quitclaim from William son of Gilbert Thursteyn of Baddislegle Clynton' to Robert le Pursere of Warrewyk' of all lands and tenements, rents, meadows, woods, hedges and ditches with their appurtenances inherited by the said William in Baddisleye Clynton'. To hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Consideration: `unam summam argenti'. Sealing clause. Witnesses: William de Wolfrynton', John Pesham, Thomas de Baddisle, William de Morhey, John atte Wodeyate and others. Given at Warr' Sunday on the feast of Holy Trinity 13 Edward II [25 May 1320].
