Description

Gift from Thomas de Baddesleclinton' to William de Moreye of Baddesle and William his son of one rood of waste land lying in breadth between the land of Roger clerk on the one hand and the highway leading from Baddesl' towards le Templelond', and in length from le Reysenebregge as far as the waste land of the said Thomas. To hold the same together with all roads, tracks and other appurtenances from the chief lord of the fee, rendering annually 2d. at the two terms, 1d. at the feast of St. Michael and 1d. at the feast of St. Mary in March, together with other due and customary service. Consideration: `unam summam pecunie'. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
