Description

Gift from Thomas de Clinton' lord of Baddesley to Isabel de Chetewinde and Roger her son of two acres of land with woods growing upon it in the park of the said Thomas at Baddesley called le Haywode, lying in length from the waste land called le Kingeswode as the boundary opposite Geggegroue, and in breadth from a piece of land belonging to the said Isabel and Roger on the one hand and the wood of the said Thomas on the other as it is measured by various bounds. To hold the same with all woods and appurtenances for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
