Gift from John Euot' of Balsale to Oliver Burdet of all land and tenements, meadows, pastures, with woods, hedges, ditches and appurtenances which the said John held in Baddesleye. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
