Lease from Henry Skot of Baddesleye Clynton' to Richard `of the persones' of a house with adjacent garden and appurtenances in Baddesleye Clynton' lying between the tenement of William Morey on the one hand and ? Pirie lane and the highway leading towards Balishale on the other. The said Richard to hold the same for seven years from the feast of Pentecost 6 Edward III [7 June 1332] rendering annually one red rose or one white rose at the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist in lieu of all services, but after seven years to pay 10s. annually in equal portions at the feast of St. Michael and the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary.
