Description

Agreement made between Richard Busschell of Drye Merston', co. Gloucester [Long Marston, co. Warwick] and Robert Burdet of Kyngeshul' reciting that whereas the said Richard was bound to the said Robert by a bond made under the seal of the Statute Merchant of Coventry in the penal sum of £100, the said parties agreed that the said bond should be void if the said Richard and Margery his wife allowed the said Robert peaceful possession of the manor of Baddesley Clynton' and the advowson of the church of the said manor.
