Description

Gift from Thomas Cecily of Rowynton' to Dom Robert le Persones chaplain of the same place of two fields of arable land lying enclosed with hedges and ditches and all other appurtenances in land of Baddesleye called Popelond lying between the lane called Longelone on the one hand and the land of John Freynes on the other. The said Robert to hold the same for ever rendering annually to the lord of Baddesleye and his heirs 12d., 6d. at the feast of St. Peter ad vincula and 6d. at the feast of St. Andrew in lieu of all services and demands excepting suit at the court of the lord with other free men upon reasonable summons.
