Gift from Henry Burdet of Baddesley Clynton' to William Wodehous of Albryghton [Albrighton, Salop.] and Philip Fraunceys of Yerdeleye [Yardley, co. Worcester now in Birmingham] of lands and tenements with appurtenances belonging to the said Henry in Baddesleye. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause. Witnesses: Walter Goodman; John Saundres; Richard Eburall'; John Newby; John Sly and others. Given at Baddesleye on the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist 11 Henry IV [24 June 1410].
