Gift from John Hewetes of Kyngeswode to Thomas Yue of the same of one meadow with a pond and garden enclosed by hedges and ditches called le Blakelond. To hold the same rendering annually to the chief lord 3d. at the two terms, 1 1/2 d. at the feast of St. Andrew and 1 1/2 d. at the feast of St. Peter ad vincula in equal portions in lieu of all secular services.
