Gift from Simon Bythewode of Rowynton' to Edward Metteley and Margaret his wife of lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, feedings, woods, hedges, ditches, and appurtenances in Baddesleye Clynton' and Rowynton' which the grantor held by gift and feoffment of William Barewell' of Alscote, co. Gloucester [Alscot, co. Warwick]. To hold the same from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Sealing clause.
