Quitclaim from Thomas Conyngesby of Sulby [co. Northampton] to Robert Burdet of Kyngeshull' of the manor of Baddesley Clynton' and the advowson of the church with all appurtenances. To hold the same for ever. Warranty clause. Sealing clause. Witnesses: William Chaumburlayn de Watford; John Wale of the same; Thomas Walshe of the same; John Cook de Sulby; Walter Goodman de Baddesley Clynton' and others.
