Gift from Henry Richard' of Pakwode to John Brom' of Warrewyk' of a croft with an adjacent meadow in Baddisley lying in breadth between a certain land called Smalelane on the one hand and a meadow called Waterford' and land of the said John Brom' on the other, extending in length from a certain croft or grove in the tenure of Henry Somerlane as far as the croft of Alice Aldebury. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
