Gift from Alicia Medewey to Thomas Estopp' Master of the Gild of Holy Trinity of Warrewyk, John Chetewyn of Alspathe esq., William Hopkyns of Warrewyk', John Byngham of Leycetre and John Rachforde vicar of Rowyngton' of a field called Gylberdlond' in Baddesley Clynton' with meadows, pastures, feedings, hedges, woods, ditches with appurtenances, and two crofts in Rowyngton', one of which is called Oxstede and the other called le Lyen with appurtenances. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause. Witnesses: Thomas Smyth' of Rowyngton'; Thomas Masoun of the same; Edmund Smyth' of Hasele and many others. Given at Warrewvk on the feast of the Invention of the Holy Cross 10 Henry VI [3 May 1432].
