Agreement between John son of Adam atte Grene of Balshale and Henry Burdet of Baddesley Clynton' reciting that whereas the said John was bound to the said Henry by a bond in the penal sum of £20, the said parties agreed that the said bond should be void if the said John allowed the said Henry peaceful possession of all lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, feedings and appurtenances which the said John lately held by the gift and feoffment of Thomas de Bereford of Balsall' and Isabel his wife in Baddesleyclynton' and which the said Henry then held by gift and feoffment of the said John.
