Gift from William Auger of Couentre to Robert Kent alias Halughton' of Couentre barbour of lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, meadows, pastures, feedings, with woods, hedges, ponds, ditches and appurtenances in Baddesley, which the said William held by gift and feoffment of John Mayhow of Couentre, son and heir of John Mayhow of Baddesley, which John inherited the same upon the death of Roger Mayhow his grandfather, and Juliana his grandmother, daughter and heir of John Godeman. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
