Gift from John Blakenhale of Baddesley Clynton' chaplain and Walter Makerneys of la Knoll' to Felicity widow of John Saundres of Baddesley and John her son of lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, feedings and appurtenances in Baddesley, which the grantors held by the gift and feoffment of the said John Sandres and also Nicholas Godeman. To hold the same to the said Alice and John and the heirs of the said John from the chief lords of the fee for ever, for due and customary service. Sealing clause.
