Assignment of lease from Thomas Oldnoll and John Oldnoll of Fulbrooke Parke gents. to Thomas Wagstaffe of Warwicke gent. of four closes in Badesley called Great Gylbertes, Little Gylbertes, Mylfeild and Gylbertes meadow with a barn on Great Gylbertes and the pasture in a grove called Gylbertes grove, reserving the wood in the said grove.
