Quitclaim from John Burdet, brother and heir of Robert Burdet lately lord of Baddisley Clynton, to John Baxster, John Sperman, John Walker chaplains and John Brom' of lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services with meadows, pastures, feedings and appurtenances in Baddisley. The said grantees and the heirs and assigns of the said John Brom' to hold the same for ever. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
