Release from Henry Ferrers of Baddesly Clynton esq. to Francis Willughby of Cossall [Cossal] co. Nottingham gent. of the manors, messuages, lands and appurtenances described in DR3/395, excepting a farm in Baddesly called Reynolds Farm, being a deed to create a tenant to the praecipe for a recovery to be suffered on the said lands for uses recited in DR3/412. 20 January 1668/9 [Old style 1669] Signed: Hen: Ferrers Circular seal of red wax on tag, 3/4 in.
