Right hand indenture of fine levied at West-minster in Easter Term 23 Henry VIII [1531] between Edward Ferrers knt., Constance his wife, Anthony Brome and Thomas Hawe plaintiffs and Francis Cokayn esq. and Dorothy his wife deforciants of the manor of Baddesley Clynton with appurtenances, 3 messuages, 2 cottages, one water mill, 100 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 200 acres of wood, 4 acres of marsh land, 24 acres of heath and 13s. rent with appurtenances in Baddesley Clynton together with the advowson of the church, to be held as defined in DR3/613.
