Quitclaim from William Collens of Rowington tanner to Richard Hodgkins of Rowington husbandman of property in Rowington and Baddesley Clinton described in 483. then in the tenure of the said Richard Hodgkins, being a deed to declare the uses of a fine and recovery levied and suffered on the said property. 2 June 1626.
