Articles of agreement made between Edward Coole son of Edward Coole of Snyterfelde deceased and Andrew Ognell of Baddesley Clynton esq. whereby the said Edward agreed to sell to the said Andrew a close of pasture and woodland called Bradshaes in Baddesley in the tenure of John Bett for the sum of £20. 16 March 17 Elizabeth [1574/5]. Signed with the mark of Edward Coole. Seal of red wax applied through paper. Witnesses: John Reve; Thomas Nicols; Robert Radclyffe and others. Endorsed: 1.
