Berks. esq., Leonard Poure and Humphrey Wemmes of London gents. of the moiety of the manor of Baddesley Clynton with all lands, rights and appurtenances belonging to the same and also the moiety of 200 acres of meadow, 300 acres of pasture, 500 acres of wood with appurtenances in Baddesley Clynton conveyed by Henry Ferrers of Baddesley Clynton esq. to the said George Brome and to Walter Gifford of Hyon [High Onn], co. Stafford esq. on 19 February 38 Elizabeth [1595/6] and a fine levied in Trinity Term 39 Elizabeth [1597]. To hold for the term of 1,000 years subject to redemption. 10 December 44 Elizabeth [1601].
