Lease from Henry Ferrers of Baddesley Clynton esq. to William Shaw and Joan his wife, clarke of a tenement and seven separate closes in the lordship of Baddesley Clynton lately in the tenure of Robert Mounkes deceased. To hold the same for the term of their lives or the surviver of them from Lady Day last past rendering 40s. annually at Michaelmas and Lady Day in equal portions. The said Henry to have the right of re-entry if the said rent was unpaid one month beyond the said terms and the said William and Joan to have the right to cut timber to repair the said property.
