Letters patent under the seal of the Duchy of Lancaster to Edward Ferrers esq. one of the royal stewards of lands, tenements, meadows, woods and appurtenances in Baddesley belonging to the Duchy of Lancaster and known as Whalles alias Wales together with all the lands in Baddesley which Nicholas Browne and the said Edward Ferrers lately held for a term of years from Henry VII dated 1 March 22 Henry VII [1506/7]. The said Edward to hold the same for ever for the annual rent of £5 6s. 8d. Given at London under the seal of the Duchy of Lancaster 19 July 5 Henry VIII [1513]. Tongue for seal. Endorsed: 1.
