Description
Release from Henry Byrde of Readinge, co. Berks. clothier to Richard Hodgkines of Rowington labourer of a messuage and two closes in Rowington and a close in Baddeslye Clinton then in the tenure of Elizabeth Whyte of Rowington widow for the term of her life, which property was due to pass to the said Henry, after the death of the said Elizabeth, for the term of his life and then to pass in fee simple to the said Richard.
