Bargain sale and feoffment from Richard Berdge of Honyley in the parish of Haseley husbandman to John Berdge the elder of Haseley husbandman of a messuage and two adjacent crofts on Badgeley Hill, five other crofts called Badgeley Hill croft, Wellfild croft, Avsten croft, Watertons croft and Birchenfild, 4 acres of pasture, one meadow called Farthing grove and all appurtenances pertaining to the said property in Badgeley Clynton, then in the occupation of Robert Mounkes, but which formerly were part of the lands of Richard Orshawe grandfather of the said Richard Berdge deceased.
