Memorandum of a fine levied at Westminster between Henry Ferrers esq. plaintiff and Joan Bradshaughe widow and Ralph Hatton gent. deforciants of the manor of Baddesley Clinton and the advowson of the rectory together with 200 messuages, 100 tofts, 2 water mills, 3 dovecotes, 300 gardens, 4,000 acres of land, 2,000 acres of meadow, 1,000 acres of pasture, 1,000 acres of wood, 1,000 acres of heath and moorland and £5 rent with appurtenances in Baddesley Clinton, Elmedon, Solyhull, Bewsall, Hatton, Honeyley, Warwick and Claverdon etc. 12 February 1582[/3].
