Mortgage from Henry Ferrers of Baddesley Clynton esq. to George Brome of Halton [Holton], Oxon, esq. and Walter Gyfforde of High one [High Onn], co. Stafford esq. of the manor of Baddesley Clynton with all messuages, lands and appurtenances belonging to the same in Baddesley Clynton, whereby the said George and Walter were to become responsible for the debts of the said Henry and the said mortgage was to be void if these debts were paid by the said Henry.
