Description

Settlement made between Henry Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton esq. and John Ferrers of Fiddington co. Gloucester gent., previous to the marriage of the said John to Eleanor sister of the said Henry, whereby the said Henry granted to the said John an annuity of £10 from his lands in England to be paid at Lady Day and Michaelmas in equal portions, the first payment to begin at the first of the said terms after the said marriage had been performed, with condition that upon the payment by the said Henry to the said John of £100 within three years the said annuity should cease. 18 July 34 Elizabeth [1592].
