Agreement made between George Ferrers of Baddesley alias Baddesley Clynton esq. and Edward Ferrers only son and heir of the said George Ferrers of the first part, Edward Willes of Newbold Comyn gent. of the second part, and William Martch of Berry Hall in the parish of Solihull gent. of the third part being a deed to create the said Edward Willes a tenant to the praecipe of the manors of Baddesley alias Baddesley Clinton and Kingswood with all lands, rights and appurtenances together with the advowson of Baddesley church and lands in the parishes of Baddesley Clinton, Kingswood, Packwood, Knoll, Rowington and Lapworth, so that a recovery might be suffered on the said lands against the said Edward Willes by the said William Martch with the said George Ferrers as the first vouchee in order to bar all entails on the said lands and vest an estate in fee simple in the said George Ferrers. 10 January 1699/1700 [Old style 1700].
