Mortgage from Henry Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton esq. to Edward Sawnders of Rowington yeoman of land in Baddesley called the Cowpasture and the herbage in a wood called Rowington coppice in the tenure of the said Edward. To hold for 21 years for the annual rent of 5s. unless the said Henry paid £20 to the said Edward on or before Michaelmas 1594 at the house of the said Edward in Rowington.
