Bond from Henry Ferrers of Baddesleie Clinton esq. and Edward Ferrers esq. his son and heir to John Ferrers of Fiddington, co. Gloucester gent. in the penal sum of £40 being a bond to secure a mortgage made by the said Henry and Edward to the said John of several parcels of meadow and pasture in Baddesley Clinton for three years, the same to be void if the said Henry and Edward paid £20 to the said John on 15 April 1619 at the home of Daniel Baker wollendraper in Stretforde vpon Aven. 5 October 14 James I [1616].
