Assignment of mortgage from Timothy Wagstaffe of the Middle Temple, London gent. to William Sanderes of Rowington yeoman of a meadow called Great meadow in Baddisley Clinton then or lately in the occupation of Ellis Bird, which lands were mortgaged on 2 March 7 James I [1609/10] by Henry Ferrers of Baddisley Clinton esq., Edward Ferrers gent. his son and heir and Walter Gifford of Highe Onne [High Onn], co. Stafford esq. to the said Timothy Wagstaffe [see DR3/361]. To hold for the residue of the term of the said mortgage under the same terms. Consideration: £110. 16 April 9 James I [1611].
