Feoffment to uses from Henry Ferrers of Baddesly Clinton esq. to Francis Willughby of Cossall [Cossal], co. Nottingham gent., John Flamsteed of Little Hallam, co. Derby gent. and Steven Flamsteed of Derby gent. of closes of inclosed land called the Parke fields in Baddesly Clinton. To hold the same during the life of the said Henry in trust for George Ferrers son and heir of the said Hebrt. The said Henry appointing Henry Yearwood of Warwick gent., Roger Harrison of Barrow-upon-Trent, co.
