Gift from Henry de Pacwode of Couentr' and Alice his wife to Dom Nicholas de Baddesleye of Couentr' chaplain of a croft with appurtenances in Solihulle lying between land formerly belonging to Adam le Walker of Solihulle and land formerly belonging to Agnes le Cras and the lane leading from Brumeshurst towards Shyreleystret in breadth and length as it is defined by hedges and ditches. The said Nicholas to hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
