Bargain sale and feoffment from Thomas Monkes of Stareton in the parish of Stoneley husbandman to Thomas Hurleston of Stareton yeoman of two cottages with gardens, orchards and appurtenances in Baddesley Clinton together with three closes adjoining the said cottages called Bradshawes grove now in the tenure of William Knighte and Richard Phillippes lying in length and breadth from a close called Heathie close, common or waste ground called Baddesley Heathe and a road leading from Baddesley Church towards Coventrie on all sides, together with woods and appurtenances and the deeds relating to the same.
