Depositions of witnesses taken at Astley 29 May 13 Charles I  before Richard Chamberlaine esq. Master of the Court of Wards and Liveries by virtue of a commission out of the said court to the said Richard to examine witnesses to prove the outrages and contempt at a house in Meriden called the Swan laid to the charge of Edward Ferrers esq., Francis Sommerfeild and others contrary to the injunction of the said court at the suit of William Aldridge and Katherine his wife plaintiffs against the said Edward Ferrers and Francis Sommerfeild defendants.
