Description

Lease from Henry Ferrers of Baddesly Clynton esq. to John Bacon of Roxall gent. and John Eales of Roxall cooper of lands in Baddesly called the Parke containing about 80 acres, reserving the oak and ash trees growing on the same. To hold from 29 September 1659 for 21 years for the annual rent of £60, the said Henry to have the right of distraint if the said rent was not paid. The said Henry was to repair the fences, ditches and gates on the said land and to provide sufficient tinsell and hedgboote to maintain the same. 16 November 1658. Signed: Hen: Ferrers Unsealed.
